WiFiRanger to Debut Converge™ Innovative New Product Ecosystem at RVX

Convergence Of All Aspects Of Connectivity, Control, and Media User Experience.  WiFi, LTE, HDTV, AM/FM, GPS, AI & Voice Control.

March 4th, 2019 – Meridian, Idaho – WiFiRanger, the leader in Innovative RV connectivity & control solutions, today announced their next generation product line to debut at RVX including a complete new ecosystem of products encapsulating innovative improvements to Connectivity, Voice & App Control, and Media Access Simplification.

“The entire objective of the Converge™ product line has been to re-think standards the legacy RV industry has dealt with, and then envision what the user experience should be. Converge™ delivers this through a rooftop system, encapsulating multiple systems & minimizing footprint while converging WiFi, LTE, Radio, HDTV, and GPS into a single beautiful enclosure. The indoor products include our Private AI Universal Assistant, and the wall InfoCenter that simplifies RV connectivity and control for the owner. All products are equally controlled by voice, or via more traditional handheld device apps.”

The fin shaped outdoor base platform is designed to include WiFiRangers renowned long range WiFi, LTE & GPS solutions, with an optional AM/FM and high gain amplified omni HDTV antenna for OTA TV, as well as the new OptionDeck(™) OnPoint antenna rotator allowing long range HDTV directional head end antennas to be easily pointed. The indoor AI Universal Assistant product houses the powerful & private AI engine allowing voice control of all systems within the RV, in an ergonomic ceiling mounted package including beam forming LEDs with microphones, as well as a convenient LED ceiling light. The InfoCenter wall device replaces the legacy TV wall plate with a powerful Antenna/Cable switch box including amplifier DC injection, offering dual USB charge points, and a convenient handheld device holding bail. It may also include a touch screen enabled WiFiRanger, allowing more features and converting stand alone WiFiRanger outdoor units into the desired pack offering.

It seemed to us that manufacturers and owners were limited to roof devices resembling buckets, boxes, or mushrooms, so we proved that function and beauty can co-exist in an aerodynamic and aesthetically pleasing fin shape, housing communication antennas and facilitating options for the future.” Continued Hogan.

Volume orders may be placed now for the product line and will begin shipping to key OE’s and aftermarket customers in July 2019.

RV Industry Veterans and Judges tap WiFiRanger as a 2019 RISE Award “Finalist” for product innovations brought to market in 2018 with industry leading technology for security, automation, range, connectivity and GPS/AI Integration.

February 28th, 2019 – Meridian, Idaho – WiFiRanger, the leader in Innovative RV connectivity solutions, and MITO Corporation, OEM RV supplier of innovations for comfort, convenience and safety, are proud to announce the selection of the Sky 4 Pack LTE technology as one of five finalists in the inaugural RVBusiness RISE (Recognizing Innovation & Supplier Excellence) Awards program. 
 
The Sky 4 LTE Pack is a WiFiBoosting device that delivers upgrades on many features from previous models including but not limited to increased range, SafeSurf® security encryption, LTE modem, improved automatic connection and bonding, as well as GPS telemetry data collection for future AI use for connected devices.

At that time, the overall RISE Award winners in each category — drawn from the finalists — will be announced live on stage.
 
Five finalists were selected in each category from over 70 submissions by an independent panel of judges based on innovation, functionality, customer acceptance, competitive impact, performance measures and other criteria.
 
WiFiRanger will use this momentum to announce their newest innovation that offers a convergence of features in an all new form factor prior to RVX.
