Before i purchased, i called in and dealt with rude customer service with an attitude because they didn’t really know there stuff. After purchase i call in only to wait on hold. On hold for 2 hours and 5 minutes and left a message to be called back. I was never ever called back. I was trying to purchase data plan which was to at least have something that works….because GUESS WHAT …IT DOES NOT WORK AND YOU CANT GET ANY ONE THAT CAN MAKE IT WORK.
