Didn’t work as described. Instructions for set up didn’t explain everything, you need to figure out for yourself and if you call customer service for help they tell you to follow Instructions. Google is your best bet of people that did figure it out. Ended up returning and getting a Hotspot works much better.

  2. Brett (verified owner)

Has not been helpful. Difficult to use and haven’t seen any benefit to simply connecting to directly to WiFi or cell service with phone, laptop or appliances.

  3. Thomas Pippin (verified owner)

Great starter setup. I wasn’t impressed by the setup and limited data choices, but overall you get what you pay for. Tech support is there, just not when you want it.

  5. Joao B. (verified owner)

    Great on the go………..

  6. Wally Darling (verified owner)

The Osprey works great for repeating a signal but I’m still waiting for them to get verizon certified.

  7. WBH Moore (verified owner)

I am unable to connect the cellular modem to the AT&T network. How do I return the device for a refund?

  8. Ray Lutteroty (verified owner)

The unit was easy to install and easy to configure. The unit is working as advertised.
