The Aspen is a high-performance mobile router by WiFiRanger. Both 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz WiFi reception and broadcast make the Aspen versatile. The router also has Gigabit LAN ports for connecting hardwired computers and devices. A USB 3.0 port is included for tethering Cellular hotspots and aircards (supported list shown here). Furthermore, you have the option to purchase an integrated LTE modem for the Aspen. This modem allows you to connect to Cellular internet, sharing data with all computers and devices connected to the WiFiRanger Aspen (requires data plan for Cellular internet – supported data plans shown here). I have tried numerous approaches to have WiFI to utilize my Dish network as well the use of my truck’s WiFi for streaming- finally a solution. My rv trailer was equipped with an earlier version of sky ranger and would work wirelessly but I needed connection for other devices . My only complaint- it shows my location to be Salt Lake City making it impossible to use Locast- I am not a computer genus.

Easy to install and setup. Very glad it has a 12v adapter so I could hard wire into my RV. Pretty good range, as best I can tell.
