The Aspen is a high-performance mobile router by WiFiRanger. Both 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz WiFi reception and broadcast make the Aspen versatile. The router also has Gigabit LAN ports for connecting hardwired computers and devices. A USB 3.0 port is included for tethering Cellular hotspots and aircards (supported list shown here). Furthermore, you have the option to purchase an integrated LTE modem for the Aspen. This modem allows you to connect to Cellular internet, sharing data with all computers and devices connected to the WiFiRanger Aspen (requires data plan for Cellular internet – supported data plans shown here). The Aspen is ideal for those with a mobile lifestyle who desire peak performance and versatility.

I was amazed at how far it reached, it does have to be rebooted almost daily, but really grabs far weak signals. I have only used it at one location during lockdown, but it receives around 11 wifi signals in the area where my cell gets 2 to 4

Connected to MiFI 8800L with no problem. The USB connector is USB 3 it would have been nice if it was a USB C.

I made the Aspen the first major component of a system in a motorhome. The system is all battery-powered; includes a powered USB hub, two hotspots and a connection for a smartphone-as-hotspot. So far, the Aspen is working very well. Wifi reception is the weakest aspect (understandable inside a motorhome) so I anticipate adding the Denali or Everest to the system very soon. So far, very pleased!

Works exactly as discribed but WiFi signals are very sporadic in my area and it drops and reconnects. I have ordered the Teton and will use both of them for a comparison
